Adina has been passionate about helping separating couples and their children ever since she began as a summer intern with Hummingbird Lawyers over 10 years ago and this passion has not abated but instead matured into a recognition that where possible, family law disputes are best resolved through a fair process of out of court mediation.
In over 8 years as a practicing lawyer, Adina has advocated for her clients on a wide range of family issues, from complex property, financial and support claims to high conflict parenting issues.ย In all cases, Adina brings a level-headed approach and a keen attention to detail with a primary focus on assisting her clientโs with moving on with their lives as quickly as possible while getting a fair result.ย She brings the same client focused attention to her mediation and parenting coordination practice, with a particular focus and emphasis on helping parties do what is in the best interest of their children. With a thorough knowledge of the law, a keen attention to deal and a background and training in social work, Adina is ideally suited to helping parties reach a fair resolution in a cost-effective manner even where they may initially not see that as possible.ย Her many years of litigation have made Adina acutely aware of the benefits of out of court settlements.
Parties and counsel seeking an empathetic and knowledgeable practitioner with many years of litigation experience will not do better than engaging Adina to help them resolve their issues in a cost effective, respectful and fair manner.
Adina will conduct mediation with and without counsel and also has a parenting coordination practice for parties who need assistance in working through the management of their parenting plan.
Reach out to our client intake coordinator, Sarah Maggie ElโLithy at ext. 228 if you would like more information about engaging Adina as either a mediator or parenting coordinator.
