Dancy Yu is a Real Estate Law Clerk for Hummingbird Lawyers LLP.
Dancy completed her legal assistant program and ILCO Law Clerk program at Seneca College. She has been working as a Real Estate Law Clerk for ten years.
With a passion for real estate, she enjoys attending seminars organized by Stewart Title including those where Hummingbird Partner, Andrew Fortis, was a speaker on various occasions.
Born in Hong Kong, Dancy is fluent in English, Cantonese, Mandarin, and has some knowledge of German. Dancy values strong client relationships and is committed to providing exceptional service.
Outside of work, Dancy enjoys swimming and hot yoga. She cherishes quality time, including dinner gatherings, with her four sons and family.
